Memory Matters Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving individuals with dementia and cognitive impairments in Fort Bend County, Texas and surrounding areas. Founded with the belief that everyone deserves access to quality care, our foundation provides essential resources, support, and tuition assistance for programs designed to slow the progression of dementia.

What We Do

Memory Matters Foundation has provided tuition assistance for adult day programs, directly impacting the lives of seniors with dementia and their families. Through our scholarship programs, we have helped slow cognitive decline, improve socialization, and enhance the quality of life for countless individuals. Additionally, our support for caregivers has empowered families to continue caring for their loved ones while maintaining their own well-being.
